Handle import/export shipments through agent.

处理进出口业务。

Responsibilities

· Import /Export coordination, interface with customs agent, 3PL company and other necessary authorities.

与报关行、第三方物流公司等协作，处理公司的进出口业务。

1) Arrange daily import and export operation timely and properly.

及时准确地完成每日的进出口操作。

2) Tracking the shipments and find the solutions to the problems to make sure the shipments arrive without delay and damage.

跟踪货物，发现问题并解决问题，确保货物出货及时及完好到达。

3) Make sure all documentation properly filed.

确保进出口文件准确及时归档。

4) Complete logistics related task, such as the reports and the financial details.

完成其他与物流相关的工作，例如报告和财务所需资料等。

· Familiar with government regulations and laws on import & export.

熟悉进出口方面的政策和法规。

· Freight cost control.

控制运费成本。

· Bonded handbook related issues.

保税手册的相关操作。

Requirements

College degree or equivalent. 大专及以上学历。

3 years logistics related experience, prefer under manufacturing environment. 3年以上物流领域工作经验，有制造业工作经历优先。

Good command of English and PC skill. 英文沟通流利，熟练运用办公软件。

Quick learning and good working attitude. 善于学习，具有良好工作态度。

Good communication skill and able to work under pressure. 良好的沟通技能，能在压力下工作。
