Descriptions:

L-Cystine white acicular or hexagonal crystal, almost odorless. Melting point 260(decomposition).It dissolves easily in hot alkaline water. Soluble in dilute mineral acids and alkaline solutions. Very poorly soluble in water and ethanol.

Applications:

1. For biochemical research. Preparation of biological media. Used in biochemistry and nutrition research, medicine has to promote the body cell oxidation and reduction function, increase white blood cells and prevent the development of pathogenic bacteria. Mainly used for all kinds of alopecia. It is also used in dysentery, typhoid fever, influenza and other acute infectious diseases, asthma, neuralgia, eczema and other toxic diseases, and has the function of maintaining protein configuration. It is also used as a flavoring agent for food.

2. As feed nutrient fortifier, it is beneficial to animal development, increase body weight, liver and kidney function, and improve fur quality.

3. As cosmetic additive, it can promote wound healing, prevent skin allergy and treat eczema.
