Descriptions:  

Vitamin K1 is an essential substance for the synthesis of prothrombin in liver. When the lack of prothrombin in the blood, the coagulation of blood will be delayed, at this time, supplementation of appropriate amount of vitamin K1 can promote the liver to synthesize prothrombin, play the role of hemostasis. As a pharmaceutical preparation, vitamin K1 is applied in clinical treatment of thrombin hyponemia, vitamin K1 deficiency, prevention and treatment of neonatal natural bleeding, as well as bleeding caused by obstructive jaundice, biliary fistula, chronic diarrhea, and hypothrombin progenemia caused by coumarin and sodium salicylate. Vitamin still has the effect that analgesic, alleviate bronchospasm, colic that causes to colic of colic of smooth muscle pectoris of viscera, biliary spasm, bowel spasm has apparent effect.
