Descriptions:
L-Tyrosine is white acicular or crystalline powder with a bitter taste. Melting point 344℃(decomposition). Slightly soluble in water (0.04%, 25℃), insoluble in anhydrous ethanol, ether and acetone, soluble in alkali solution. Pure stable, hydrocarbon coexistence is easy to decompose. Isoelectric point pH=5.66, pK alpha-cooh =2.20, pK alpha-nh3 +=9.11, pK side chain =10.07.L-tyrosine can promote the biosynthesis of catecholamine, thyroxine and melanin, which is closely related to the function of plant nerve and endocrine.
