Algae Oil DHA

Algae Oil DHA

Descriptions

DHA, docosahexaenoic acid, commonly known as brain gold, is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that is very important to the human body and is an important member of the Omega-3 family of unsaturated fatty acids.

DHA is a major element in the growth and maintenance of the nervous system cells. It is an important constituent fatty acid in the brain and retina. It is up to 20% in the human cerebral cortex and the largest in the retina of the eye, accounting for about 50%. It is essential for infant intelligence and vision development.

Our algae oil DHA is produced by fermentation of Schizochytrium, it is vegetable-source, pure natural, no heavy metal residue, no fishy smell.

Functions

l  For brain

1.         Stimulate brain development

2.         Helps nerve transmission in the brain

3.         Enhance memory and thinking ability

4.         Improve intelligence

l  For eyes

1.         Improve visual acuity of retinal pigment molecules.

2.         Promote visual development

For people

l  For infants and toddlers

Algae oil DHA has a high content DHA and contains almost no EPA. The ratio of DHA to EPA is 20:1 if DHA is extracted from algae, and if it is extracted from fish oil, it is (4-5):1. The DHA extracted from algae is pure natural, botanical, with strong antioxidant capacity and low EPA content. DHA extracted from deep sea fish oil is active in nature and easily oxidatively denatured. The EPA content is extremely high. EPA has the effect of lowering blood fat and diluting blood, so DHA and EPA extracted from deep-sea fish oil are beneficial to the elderly and adults. Algae oil extracted DHA is most beneficial to the absorption of infants and young children, and can effectively promote the development of the baby's retina and brain.

l  For pregnant women

Supplementation of DHA for pregnant women not only has an important effect on fetal brain development, but also plays an important role in the maturation of retinal photoreceptor cells.
